Try using a real and verified post code and it'll work fine.

If you've moved into a house built recently it won't show on any databases. This postcode doesn't exist, so it's not suprising it won't work

If you want to check your postcode there are several sites that will do it

In the UK, the definitive database is <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.royalmail.co.uk>http://www.royalmail.co.uk</A>. You can use postcode finder or address finder.
