9.9hp 270 RIB with Towable Tube

Can a 9.9hp 270 RIB tow a 2 person Towable Tube?

Any recommendation on where and how to tie it on the Stern of the RIB?

Probably be okay for smaller kids but you'll have trouble getting on the plane if they're larger/heavier. Best way to attach a towing line is to a ski bridle clipped to D-rings on the transom. The ski bridle has a float to keep it out the way of the prop and carbine hooks to attach to D-rings.
