80 ft barge best Brokerage West London possibly

Ahoy there;
Can I please ask for help and advice ?
A friend of mine finds himself with an 80ft x 20ft Barge converted for residential / liveaboard use moored temporarily in West London /Thames area.
He has been let down over a sale so is urgently seeking a Broker who could sell the boat for him plus store the boat until sold, he has been informed that the 'Boat Must Go' ASAP from its present temporary moorings.
The Barge is self propelled and livable in but He is no Skipper so will need assistance in moving the Barge Boat to its new place of rest.
