7 knots under solar, 13 knots under diesel-electric power (2 x 25kw generators).

Looks like a bit of an ugly milk-float, but you can't beat getting around for free (without living at 30 degrees and tacking every few minutes!).

The ying/yang layout is very good too.

Love it - esp the fuel consumption .

I wonder how much less it'd cost w/o a 6KW solar array & vast numbers of batteries? Seems it'd make a great economical cat with two modest diesel engines/outdrives too.
