For A2 then get them from Toolstation or Screwfix nice and cheap for a park of 50.

If 304 is sufficient then you can get plenty of it for next to nothing at charity shops. The base of a frying pan is about 5mm. Ask me how I know. Just need to have plenty of cutting discs at hand.

If you purchased proper stainless plate washers as opposed to penny washers the price you paid is not too expensive.
I purchased similar last year when fitting davits.
