Howd that happen then? I seem to be on a pretty good course to?

I take it the quickest/shortest route is sort of down past the cape and back up in a weird loop with the curve of the earth?

My plan to follow the leaders is a bit buggered ow since I seem to BE the leaders /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Lucky You, I did the opposite, 22 to 600th in less than 5 hrs.

And my distance to go is INCREASING. !!!

I'm officially lost. Are we anywhere near Bermuda?

I'm not exactly lost - well i don't think so---- but increasingly bemused by strange calculations of great circles, and appearing and dissappearing boats near to me. All very odd!

Well why didn't you play the other Volvo Ocean Racing Game then?
Some of you started and have left boats drifting unattended all over the place. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Gone from 70 to 622 in a few hours --very strange. I have a new tactic now I`ll sail round and round in ever larger great circles until I touch Rio - reckon to be there by about Nov!!! ( JOLINI)
