4.5m Rib/Inflatable Advice Please

I have seen SR's with blue tubes, a friend had an SR4 like that but I did not know it was branded an 'Adventure'. Nice combo, looks smarter than a commercial / rescue spec SR but retains the seakeeping ability.
 
I may be wrong here but I think Avon also produced hulls without flooding chambers.
We had a few in my sailing club - I think we called one of them a "dive" boat.
Over the years, we had two Seariders.

Most of the boats were Tornados which seemed to work well as safety/rescue boats.
We didn't put big engines on them though IIRC 50HP
The Tornados were good work horses
 
All the seariders from 6m down had flooding hulls (or a water keel as I’ve heard it called), other models I am not sure. Some have blocked the chamber up to aid acceleration and to avoid fouling in the flooded section.

Tornado’s are strong seaboats but I think that they had PVC tubes that may require replacement by now. Delta are another good brand but expensive compared to a searider
 
I think the twin motor option needs exploring and considering, a couple of 30 HP units will provide security and reasonable economy.

The problem may be the weight of modern 4 strokes. For example, the latest Zodiac Searider 4.7 has the following limits:

Max power 70 hp or 2 x 30hp
Max engine weight 130kg or 2 x 65kg/287lb or 2 x 144lb

Finding a new 30hp outboard under 65kg may be problematic, though I have not checked recently. I do like the security of twins but a single 70hp would give better performance.
