I have a couple on board, but I am not going to the boat for a couple of weeks. If I remember, I will measure it for you and let you know.
The answer is not £8.47 plus postage though!

Thanks for the offer. Managed to dismantle the heat exchanger today. Seems to be standard size 65 x 3.5 viton. £2.40 each from bearing supplier. 4 needed.

Thank you VERY much for this information. I am trying to make a list of generic parts for this engine. But please, can you tell me if the diameter is inner or outer? Also, did you source your parts locally or from the internet?

This is a very old thread but I wonder what the answer was it an inner or outer diameter measurement?

See earlier post Size 65 is a standard ID O ring size. Mine have been in for 650 hours now without any problems.

I would take the current O ring to a seal supplier, and they will supply a replacement

O rings are sized on Inside Diameter and ring thickness
