3rd party insurance

Had a query about 3rd party insurance only from UK insurers, does anybody know of a company that does this for long distance cruisers?

Thanks, I had heard that they were getting out of the 3rd party market. As this appears to be the minimum feasible insurance for long distance, and other forms of insurance appear to be very expensive or unobtainable for single handed work, there appears to be a hole in the marketplace.

I think you will find www.basic-boat.com does, but their site is under re-vamp at present, so can't be sure. I had my old boat insured with them and I'm sure there was an unlimited distance option.

"Long distance" can mean different things to different people.

Query was actually for somebody else, personally I plan Uk to Aus in abt 5 years time.
