I love this race. Nothing else is quite like it, though the wind always dies overnight, leaving you chasing zephyrs to try and beat past the wind shadow of a small bush with the tide pulling you back. But all the misery is forgotten with the fab fry-up laid on by Horning SC when you make it back. Looking forward to May!
