2KW Planar Diesel Heater issue

Hello, has anyone had this problem? Screen is frozen, permanently staying lit. Only the power button seems to work. Has taken a few attempts before heater has started working. The ‘X’ suggesting control panel and heater aren’t communicating properly? - Thanks in advance of any help…

Have you contacted Planar? I’m sure they can help. Or pm Owen Cox on here - he’s the Planar guy.

Have contacted Planar but have to provide further info to gain reply and info not with me. Heater is working this morning, but screen frozen and still permanently lit, so seems that’s the issue… Thanks for reply.

Can you power everything down, completely, and then restart? sometimes works, but then you may have already done that!

Pulling the main fuse would cause a full reset, worth a try.
