2 questions on dometic air con

Can anyone tell me where I can get spares for a Dometic SMXir air con system near the Solent? I need a new control panel like the one in the photo.

Also - has anyone got one of these systems? If so, can you notice a significant difference between low speed on the fan (ie one LED lit) and high speed (ie 5 LEDs lit). On mine I cannot detect any difference in fan speed, it was like it when I bought the boat. I got someone to look at it and I have been told that the problem has been fixed but it seems the same to me. The problem is I have no experience of what it should be like.

Nauticool in Poole have supplied me with replacement back panels and flaps for our controls, the same as yours.

I also had our systems checked and altered but even after that I can’t detect all that much difference in the fan speeds. There is something in the full instruction manual about altering the fan speeds. Will see if I can find it when I’m back home.

funnily enough I have the same air con controller and I can't tell the difference in fan speeds either. Let us know what you find out.
