1980 Lewmar 48 Service Manual

I have 2 x Lewmar 48 winches on my 1982 Pretorian Yacht and want to service them but cannot find any manuals or instructions online. One of the winches just keeps turning so obviously there's a damaged Paw or Spring..I start to pull it apart but cannot get to the Paws. Does anyone know if I have to actually remove the entire winch to get to the paws from below? Really would appreciate some assistance

Are you sure you're looking at the right page? Page 20 of the PDF as stated on the printed page number?

Are you sure you're looking at the right page? Page 20 of the PDF as stated on the printed page number?
