Hi Guys, I am new to boating and recently got a 1973 sea star boat. Anyone would know if these boats are supposed to have ballast? I am looking at the back of the boat where the bilge is I have the main drain plug and two other side plugs in the bilge. I opened one side and it was full with water. Anyone knows if these are the ballast and am I supposed to drain them?
