13mm freshwater pipe inserts

I am in the process of remedying fresh water leaks and looking at ordering inserts for 13mm pipes.Any guidance as to size of inserts would be appreciated ie assume smaller than 13mm ?

Most inserts are manufacture dependent, which pipe are you working with? Assume you are meaning push fit?

Yes,15mm pushfit and 13mm pipes.

If it is 13mm pipe you are going to have terrible leaks with 15mm fittings.

Ideally pipe and fittings should be the same size and the same manufacturer. I suggest you find what make you can buy and consult their catalogue.

As said different makes are not really interchangeable, the pipe will be marked with make, that’s the bit that matters not the fittings as these are probably wrong if they are leaking. Push fits vary a lot but can look similar

Where do you get 13mm pipe from, I’ve never seen any 13mm pipe? Is it existing pipe work?
Metric pipe is always described with the outside diameter, not the internal diameter, are you measuring the internal diameter?
If it is 15mm outside diameter plastic pipe then any 15mm push fit inserts are suitable.
Push fits will only work with 15mm pipe as already mentioned.
