Following protestations of invisibility patent ownership by the above parties. All are duly invited to a Kangaroo Court where the plaintiffs ( i.e both parties) will rip lumps out of the defendants (both parties) in order to decide ownership of patent to above , plus any other issues they choose to bring up.

We ( the jury) will listen, abuse, and decide ownership. All costs have already been agreed ( Kim's picking up the tab). In the likely event that I am still down the pub, I look forward to the outcome and much blood in between <font color=white> don't you wish at times like this that steve101 was allowed back in just for 5 minutes, OK maybe not /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

I am hereby filing official plaint that insufficent time is being granted for discovery and bundling.....I am still on way to Brighton to take paulineb's piccies as proof of mishap so's she can claim personal injury monies to cover cost of xmas/new year revelries at tcm's pad. Clearly continuance of these activities is desirable for the common good and it is therefore most unreasonable for me to have to interrupt proceedings in order to return by 1130 to defend what is really an open and shut case in my favour just becos that northern upstart hlb has learnt something (but not much) about truying it on when he hasnygot a case........
Its vbad enough trying to be in two places at once.(those bloody rowers still havent let me go....), not to mention staying invisible.....beginning to feel like a hairy *rs*d version of Mary Poppins...........
and anyway, who is this Learner chap that keeps going on about spending a fortune on a boat he still hasnt bought yet....a mere 380 odd poster and even his bio says he's boring.........
