Hi all,
Thanks for the great info in this thread.
Does anyone know for sure what the correct value should be for the small thermistor, housed beside the two thermal fuses?
I've seen mention of 100k and 50k in this thread, and a 50k resistor has worked in testing to prove the fault,
but I don't want to guess or be unsure when it comes to a safety component.
Edit - I fitted a 10k pot for further testing and turned it down until the machine went into error/fail mode.
Backed off a little a tried again to confirm.
Failure was as near as doesn't matter 5k ohm.
