sounds like a cartel to me,what do you mean standard agreed rates,I've seen 2% advertised by one internet broker offerring,optional £500 contract service a full service

Nickster,Try Boatmatch.com,they charge 2 percent to sellers ,advertise,have a comprehensive web site,list 300 boats.I have a vested interest,so try it and judge for yourself.
