Found out why no joy, helpful personage at other end of phone required engine Nos & approx year of manufacture (duly supplied) then went and inserted build year in middle of engine number !!!!!!!! No wonder all had to be refered to tech bods !!!!!!!!! Will see what they can come back with now...
