Thanks all. Just to say that I remembered doing an Advanced Powerboat course in 2007 and I had this commercially endorsed at the time. Because it was CE, the RYA said they had a record of it and are now willing to re-issue me a new photo card for £25 so a big relief. Many thanks all.
