I used to have a Jeanneau Sunfizz with horrible orange formica doors in the galley. I removed all the trim and covered the surfaces with Fablon of a more tasteful (IMO) hue/pattern. Refitted the trims, worked a treat. Easy and inexpensive.

Agreed. Sailing - esp. cruising - is a good way of getting away from people. I can see that there will be pent up demand by the time that this is all over.

My masts are 15m. They have polystyrene foam at several places inside. I had to use 25 mm galv water pipe (threaded joints) to punch through (masts down). It worked for me but if no foam then plastic conduit would do (a la electricians rods) but usually they have to be glued with acetone.
