I think there's been some confusion here.
'Attard' is a very common Maltese name so I assume that the OP is Maltese and not British. Therefore, I would suggest that he needs the Maltese equivalent of our ICC if he wishes to drive a boat in Spain (or any country).
If it's on fire you'll be seen from miles away without any flares.
What circumstance do you foresee setting off a parachute instead of a smoke?
Having learned from a friend that he's seen someone killed by a parachute flare I don't want anything to do with them.
With T34, the first thing to consider is whether you want a pre 88 boat or post 99 one. The former has 'V' berths in the front cabin, the latter has a slight different internal layout meaning that they have an offset double berth.
You're just speculating. I stand by my my comment that the OP needs to find out more about the person he's paid the deposit too. Is it a scam/fraudster or was the money paid to the genuine owner/seller who is simply refusing to refund the deposit?
First thing I'd do it establish if the seller is real and traceable.
Do you have their name and address?
Until you've done that there's no point in planning next steps.
Thank you Mr Googler for your kind link. They look very similar but are very slightly different. In fact, I'd already been on conversation with the OP and had already pointed him at the Princess website.
