Seagull guano

Can anyone recommend a product to clean Seagull guano from boat covers? Preferably a spray?

It is easiest not to over-trouble yourself over this. My canvas sprayhood and main cover get guano. All I do is wet it, leave it for five minutes, and then brush it off, which is usually pretty easy. Both items still look fine, the blue main cover being 25 yrs old, the sprayhood about fifteen.

Mine is pretty bad (boat is in Spain so it only gets cleaned every few weeks). Covers are only a couple of years old so I'd like to get them looking new again.
