I have a hudl2 and use it to view various cameras, including the Mobius, via an OTG cable to the USB port. You just have to find the correct app. The hudl2 will also charge some but not all.

Not fitted one in an engine bay but the problem with that camera and any other with IR is that the IR light will just bounce back off anything close, like the engine block and walls and your screen will just be a bright light:(

Tried various phone chargers and usb leads into a multi socket. Tesco support only point me in the direction of the hudl1 kit that is advertised to work for the hudl 2 but its power is 5V 2.1A which is no better than the multi socket. I was going to try something bigger but don't want to kill it.
