With 1/2 hourly buses from Kingswear up over the hill to Brixham/Paignton what's the problem?

My avatar is quite happy on the bus. And with my OAP card, it's free. Dartmouth to Portland and reverse often done, and there is a connection to Poole {X53?}. It just takes time, but enjoyable experience.

The guard rail and stations ar to stop folk falling overboard. Bases are stronger and will be subject to less strain and therefore movement leading to leaks and cracks.
