A small yacht has been blown ashore just above the Tide Mill at Woodbridge. It looks as if it has dragged its mooring. The name may be Paddington, cannot quite make it out with binos .
Anyone know the owner?
Yes that was Simon, I must have known him for about 40 years? Not sure when he first worked at Foxes? Later on after I retired and moved to Pin Mill Road and joined PMSC he was a neighbour, fellow regular in the Butt and at the PMSC. Heard him play with the Shanty groups many times, always good...
That usually happens if you have not paid for the current year, are you sure you have completed the process ?
You should get an email from Apple to show it as a new purchase.
Another photo taken in November 2016, a few days after she went ashore, taken from Shotley Marina. She was on the beach there until sometime the following year.
Not wishing to disagree, but have you helmed a twin screw diesel m/b whose minimum STW with both engines on tickover is about 2-3kts? To go any slower requires a lot of clicking in and out of gear, and I am not sure what steerage control is left at 1kt. On one engine it will go bit slower, but...
Many years ago now it broke free from its mooring and was driven ashore on the outside of Shotley Marina. It sat there for some while before it was towed away, I believe to Lowestoft to be scrapped.
Given that you generally enter on the flood, which runs pretty fast especially on Springs, it can be difficult to come in much slower and maintain good steerage way. I have often seem 10knots plus SOG.
As per title nearly new little used, basically for 3 or 4 weekends away in a hotel. Together with some of the blue and pink fluids.
Collection only, Woodbridge

I think it must be a bit brackish, I haven't personally tasted it! The Tide Mill Pond froze right across the other night as has the Marina in the past.
