Skippers ticket doesn't come into it as the MCA coding is more to do with the sea worthiness of the boat. This is more of an issue for work boats.

Had a similar problem about six months ago. It happened after doing a freshest data update. You could delete the contents of the card and try reinstalling from the navionics website but if you do, DO NOT DELETE THE FOLDER CALLED N TAG as this is the identifier file
