Genuine Volvo, just not worth risking something that may not be up to standard IMHO. Heaven forbid the boat is lost due to a bellows failure but I do believe an invoice (and I also take photos) showing genuine parts used as per the manufactures schedule would end any issues with the insurers.

Thanks Henry. There will be a bit of nice artwork - some Liverpudlian.
Personally I think Col’s artwork above was most impressive, guest VIP perhaps 🤔 🙂
She looks fantastic JFM, as others have said thanks very much for sharing this with us.
+ another one. Thanks for taking the time and being generous enough to share this with the forum JFM, hopefully the usual suspect(s) will take the hint and start a separate thread to witter on about deadrise and why the answer to all the worlds ills is an Itama …………
Depends what the problem is that you have ? Which lights are illuminated/flashing ? I have them and have replaced 3 blade units in the past five years. I think it fair to say the internal plastic cogs on the unit are not very robust…….. when they work I find they work well, they just don’t last.
Excellent ! I have been looking forward to this, as I’m sure many others have as well. Thanks very much @jfm for taking the time and trouble to post this.
The world has gone truly mad………………
Henry, the time and effort you have gone to in sharing the arrival of your fantastic boat is greatly appreciated by those who own, enjoy or dream of owning a boat. Thank you.

I replaced G series with H series props on my DPH drives last summer and used the thread lock recommended by Volvo as I had the same issue as the OP. They haven’t fallen off yet and my advice is use thread lock !! Sorry can’t advise an alternative Loctite number as Mr Volvo kindly threw in a...
I am no expert but I would have thought if you have twin outdrives, DPH ?, and you now have one with nibral props and one with the new stainless steel ones this may be less than ideal. Hopefully someone such as @volvopaul will be along to put me right :)
My son paid £50 for a new snug from the Musto outlet store at Gunwharf last weekend. I still have my original one that I bought in Cowes over 30 years ago (very rough round the edges now) that I replaced with a new one last year. As you know they are a good piece of kit !
I really do hope that ‘welcome back’ is appropriate but fear that the visit may be fleeting ! I recently re-read the entire Match 2 build thread and the attention to detail astounded me as much this time round as it did the first. Thank you again for taking the time and effort to post it.
