I tried the free bus service to the Dunkerque PAF in the western dock in 2022 and found that the final bus leg involved from the PUYTHOUCK interchange was infrequent and actually discontinued. It arrived with the correct number but this was changed as it arrived .
Maybe it now runs ( although...
Thank you.
For some reason I do not have the same buttons appear. But your sequence prompted me to turn to landscape ( I am not on the boat with tablet set horizontal) .
Working in portrait no button appears - but in landscape what resembles a slider just appears mid left edge and this does the...
I find that I cannot reliably rename a route in the app running on a Samsung Tablet 10.1 T510 (Android 11) .I have attempted to follow some of the Navionics/Garmin video guidance which invariably does not show all the button moves, the only arrow referred to, in my case, is the Northing switch...
Presumably you will explore the written specification and use recommendations for any antifreeze before you buy.
Apart from anti freeze qualities there is the question of its use as a coolant ,for how long it remains effective, whether it is said to protect or damage the metals in your engine...
Try a sample kit of Peelaway stripper on your particular antifouling.I found that it softened many thick layers which could then be lifted off in strips and collected on a tarp without undue effort so although expensive was preferable to working inch by inch with brute force. The stripper works...
The planning sheet for use of the the Nieuwport range from April to June 2024 has now been posted online at :

I run Open CPN (O charts),Navionics and Marine Navigator (VHM charts) for different purposes ,including backup,on separate tablets and all have drawbacks but I find that despite the recent caffuffle Marine Navigator is surprisingly well featured, with actual charts ,shuts down when I ask it...
NIEUWPORT FIRING RANGE 2024 RELEVANT DATES AND CONTACT
Since the detailed days of firing beyond March are still not published, here from the NTM are the days when ' you will not normally ' be at risk in the range sectors.
Feedback : There was no contest .The multitool using the semi circular blade generally and the chisel blade to complete at the internal corners was tried tentatively and did such a job of staying on line that I carried on and made the two perimeter cuts in about 3 hrs. of work. The tools had the...
Good ideas by DD but I must say that the number of half blind old women wandering around winter boatyards must be at the ratio of 1:10 or more to the number of half blind old men involved. As for pesky children I would be tempted to tell them to go find Daydream Believer and play round it.
Although I have not found it necessary to worry Vlissingen VTS while making this crossing it is worth pointing out that Henk -Jans is a regular on these routes and travelling single handed after spending New Year on his own - so whatever the protocol I find it quite understandable that he might...
Have always thought that tangs on older masts ,due to their nature ,would be prime candidates for 'working' fatigue .One would suspect also that they are often left in place throughout the life of the mast because of the difficulty /expense of finding a custom replacement.
Thanks to all for your helpful response and experience.
Looking through I favour the angle grinder with the Bosch blade suggested and the Multitool.Happily I can borrow both of these and couple with the optimum blades.
The specialist jigsaw blade looks absolutely the job but at rather a price...
