    I have exactly the same problem, I'm told it is due to corrosion. I now refill the gearbox using a syringe to get the correct amount of oil in.

    I see there are a couple of bluetooth models curently being advertised. How accurate are they likely to be? Does the bluetooth operate between the sensor and the fixed display, or between sensor and phone/pc?
