Just as we was about to lost the light ,
I tho it was the Red Arrows give us a taste of what's to come as they flew over us at anchor and Valletta Malta several time .
No red white and blue smoke ,
Probably what give them away

We had fabulous views of the Red Arrows when they were practicing over Greece a few years ago. Apparently its often too cloudy in Britain in the winter, so they come south.

Yes that is what the Red Arrows look like and usually nine in the formation with a spare on the ground however when transiting you are not seeing things if you count ten.

Often with the tenth out of position taking video and photos, we are lucky as live 2 miles from RAF Waddington where they have just moved from Scampton, have air displays 3 times a day and impromptu over Lincoln when they come back at weekends, Saturday had the BBF Spitfire for 10 minutes over city on its way home
