Anyone know of a Bill Sutton Mapleleaf 23 for sale, please?

I'm asking for a very knowledgeable friend (yes, really).

After several decades owning some rather larger classics, he would now like to retrace his youth, and buy a Mapleleaf 23, as that was the first cruiser that he ever owned.

He's UK east-coast-based, but wouldn't be averse to a bit of travel.

He's been in contact with several brokers, but, so far, has come up with no leads at all.
