We received the following email from the Marina yesterday:

"While we remain in lock-down, Boris has intimated that the 'stay at
home policy' will be lifted on 29th March and all being well, we look
forward to welcoming you back to the marina thereafter."

Nothing about staying overnight.

Staying overnight in self-contained accomodation with a single bubble was in step 2, so April-ish. Presumably that means using facilities on-board though.
