zyGrib - No Cloud data

zyGrib version 6.2.1 (Linux), cloud data has been missing, and "Weather map/Cloud cover" greyed out, for the past few weeks. Anyone else got this issue? What could be the problem? I have all the options tick in the download dialogue, and everything else works fine.

I'm using 6.2.3 on Linux and Windows with the same result.
I have older grib files that show the cloud cover, so presumably the information is just not in the latest data that's being downloaded.

I'm using 7.0 on Mac and have clouds on map and in meteotable. Which is odd, if they're all being downloaded from the same server.
