Yes it is - unfortunately, the subtitles can't keep up with the Dutch which is a shame. I still enjoy travelling on the barges as they (silently) wend their way through Netherlands/Belgium/France/Germany. (webcam-binnenvaart.nl - Home)
Locks don't seem to pose problems for them even if they are 80m+ in length! They just park up and sit there, more or less stationary in the water until the gates open for them. Far less frenetic than my efforts!
