Z-Spare Halyard exit plate replacement

I have a 25 yr old Z-Spar mast that I am refurbishing. Some of the halyard exit gates have broken and I am trying to source some replacements. It appears that Z-spar no longer produce these, has anyone else found and alternative supply? I cannot be the only one in this situation

Looking at an American site the part number I need is Z-3273.

This seems to be an ideal opportunity for someone with a 3D printer ;o)

All thoughts welcome

Have you actually spoken to z spars? They are usually very helpful.

From memory the Sparcraft plastic ones fit, give Adrian at Eurospars a call after the holiday and I am sure he will be able to help you.

Ring them!!! I think i remember emailing them and getting no reply. Thinking they were irritating. Then called them and they posted me some obscure part same day at a reasonable price!

They are only down the road from you in Hadleigh! Go and have a chat, I found them really helpful. They made me a new whisker pole while I read the paper and chatted to the office staff.

I could not open the attachment but I got a couple from Pro boat. Just Google Proboat & some pics come up Ok they are based in Burnham on Crouch but most chandleries will deal with them

I replaced a couple of these last winter on my 30 year old mast. They were exact replacements from zspars even came with the same size rivets.
There are 2 sizes. As others say give them a call. They are very helpful.

Thanks for everyone's comment. No reply by email, but I rang as suggested and they were very helpful. They do not have many left so if there are others who have the same issue, it is worth getting some. They come with the required pop rivet as well.

2020 Update

I needed the same part. Phoned Zspars and they will send next day £11 each inc VAT.
The part number from the OP (Z-3273) is now 1630
Presumably they have manufactured some more since that previous poster.
Brilliant service.
