Remember my true East Coast pic

Well it won me a framed print and a bottle of wine from the MOA East Coast branch photo comp (a whole new category was created) and today I had an email from the MOA main committee to say that I have won the "Most Creative" category with a trophy to be presented at the AGM in Poole and a keepsake!

well done, great pic! I think you should send it in to the yachting mags they have a section on the back page of PBO dont they for pics like that. You should certainly post that on Scuttlebuck so those South Coasters can see what its like for us ditch crawlers

Is this a wherizzit ? Coz I think it's on the East side of the new Town Pontoon in Brightlingsea.

I also won a bottle of wine from the MOA East Coast a few years back - "Pirates of The Deben" - I would post it but can't find it!

Both Gordon and I have won East coast MOA photo prizes in the past - M&S tokens, I think. One was for "Moody at Anchor" which showed our previous boat dried out in the Waddensea, another was for a spectacular sunrise over the Baltic wharf in Burnham, actually taken on Christmas morning a few years ago, although they labelled it as a sunset. Yours is much more imaginative!

I think we should we award a prize every year for the best East Coast photo.
