Yep, have to have something to do to pass the time of day. Winding up narrowboatists is as good as any passtime i have found yet

My pet hate is a post with a title that tells you nothing about the content.

I used to look at them but now just ignore them, saves a lot of time and nonsense.

As far as the Boating goes, very little really irritates me.

As long as people are having fun without trashing the environment, fair does. A bit of loud music, alcohol and poor helming is all quite acceptable within reason, as long as it's not upsetting decent folk.

Abandoned boats always makes me feel sad for the Boat concerned, Pikeys on NB's, as opposed to NB'ers, who are decent sorts, as the Pikey types are simply using the River as a way of dodging taxes and their responsibilities.
