Your favourite on-board snack

Quick Mackerel Pate

pack of smoked mackerel (Not the peppered variety)

Tub of mascarpone cheese

juice of 1/2 lemon

big spoonful of creme fraiche or greek youghurt

break the fish fillets up with a fork but keep it fairly "rustic"
mix lemon juice, cheese and cream with the fish and mix thoroughly. Lots of fresh ground pepper to taste.

Great with crusty bread, crackers or doritos. And of course a large glass of chilled white wine!
