Your 2016 boating pics.

What a video! Looks like you had a great boating year, here's to the next:encouragement:

Great video mlines, not just a nice record of your boating year, but also a good advert for boating in general.
+1.
Btw, mlines, does your boat have a left hand prop?
Because if not (as I suspect), you might find it easier to make 360° turns CCW while pulling a skier, rather than CW - i.e. steering to port, instead of stbd.

Thanks to everyone for their positive response. Its a montage of our year and when we look back on what we think was a fairly poor year in the UK we find that we did a lot. It doesn't even contain any footage of a week we had in Yarmouth at the end of July when it was simply fabulous all week and really could have been the Med. We had booked Newtown Creek and slept under the stars, the main issue was the cadets suffering from heat exhaustion. It has clips from the Solent throughout the year, Poole harbour and Studland and also the Thames for the Elton John and Shirley Bassey concerts. As has been said, probably perfect trailer boating.

Mapis - the boat in the Wakeboarding lessons is not my boat, its a Moomba from the wakeboarding school. As my boat is fully kitted out for boarding we have been asked every year if we had wakeboarded from it (we bought it already fully kitted), embarrassingly we had to confess that we hadn't. I therefore decided to bite the bullet this year before I got too much older (55 this year) and took some lessons which feature in the video. However I did not have a chance to actually try it on my own boat before the water got too cold. Here is my boat and the school boats......

Mine has a 350MAG engine mated to a Bravo 3 drive, therefore it has contra-rotating props, we have therefore not noticed any bias in the turning.

What an amazing year it has been for us, after taking delivery of Artemisia - our new build Prestige 680 - at the end of May, and following our maiden voyage from Port Camargue to Salerno, we ultimately racked up over 1,800 nms this season cruising the Amalfi coast, Neapolitan islands aa well as a big trip south to the Aeolian islands. The following are a few random images that give just hint of the stunning sights and experiences we have had. Roll on 2017 for more of the same!

Your boat looks stunning, the electric blue (or is cobalt?) looks the colour of the Med itself, and the photos are amazing
