Nearly out of Biscay now. His 17:00 report says he's doing 16 kts and heading south. That ain't slow even for an Open 50.

Top chap - I had a chat at Southampton boat show last year and was very impressed.

Unfortunately he's got problems with his auto pilot, and is heading for Lisbon...He'll be attempting a record from Portugal to Portugal now
