Planning permission has been granted for extensive linear moorings at Moulsford just above Sheridans and the School. These will replace the odds and sods moorings already there. These will be built next year and will have power and water too (eventually). They will also be able to rise and fall with any flooding.
You can see the existing moorings on Google Earth.
Existing customers will get first option on the new moorings but there will be available moorings. Initially I suggest you contact me to get your name down.

Probably substantially less than a Marina. We haven't discussed this yet but I'd imagine about a third less.
