You can\'t own just one boat...

I bought my first boat in 1970 and my second a few weeks later. Since then the number has steadily increased. Most people I know seem to have loads of the things, sitting in sheds, back gardens, dinghy parks etc.

So how many do you have? (Include anything that floats but isn't a toy - dinghies, canoes, even jetskis!)

It got to 5 early last year but with this years problems and pressure of time it has now been reduced to 3, the bare essentials. Comprises little 2 berth cruiser, wooden Streaker dinghy and a 3.1m inflatable.

It's a good thing we've just sold the Topper, and that the Mirrow went to friends a couple of years ago!

Same here. gave away a canoe and sold a rubber duck so now down to 4!

Would love to hear about the 3 people who put down 10+. That's serious hoarding!

1 yacht
2 tenders (1 inflatable on the boat)
2 racing dinghies
2 playabout sailing dinghies

1 18 foot Olyipia dingy (lake use to go shopping)
1 20foot fishing boat (pottering on canals--dropped yesterday has 2 cracked planks)
i 22 foot clinker rowing boat (with 6hp outboard)
1 26 food baltic folk boat (with 4hp)
1 40 foot hillyard motor sailor

Did once have a plastic tender, but it was so horrible that I gave it away. Would not row well, very tippy, and heavy.

I think you win with that score. I peaked at 9 - 3 sonatas, a tender for each, int 14, laser and a canoe
