Did comment on this to Tom(the owner),he did mention that a pipe had detatched itself on the fresh water system the "wrong" side on the pump, end result was an empty freshwater tank and a very full bilge.
Aircon system,er 2 totally seperate units actually,has a dehumidifier function,was this that was constantly running over easter.Third outlet was probably the bilge pump picking up remains of leak as it made it way to lower bits of boat.
