I suspect the hull was holed on the pontoon when the fenders popped. Water started entering the hull and from that moment on the damage was done.

I think in those conditions I would stay off the pontoon, if that went down aswell what chance would you have.

That's a remarkable colour scheme for a yacht. Is it perhaps used in the informal import/export trade?

Hard to understand how it happened. There's a link in the original video to another where you see it go down. Swell doesn't look that big and there are people walking around in baseball caps so wind isn't overly strong but to lift the hull as in the video...

The website it came from had a thing about the 'wind lifting' the hull too KevB.

No way is the wind lifting anything.. It's just sinking by the stern quarter. Need about 500kt of wind to roll it like that!!
