Yet another avionics HD problem

Previously after fiddling about I have managed to restore the charts,but now I get a message saying nothing to restore and the new,maybe,option is navionics+.is this right...I now have to buy another set of :improved: charts.?
Edit sorry cannot amend title,but Navionics of course...

NO change on mine, the 'old' charts are still working on mine.
