Getting thoroughly fed up with UK weather, and as I've been scanning some old slides onto the puter thought I'd put some others through the same suffering of looking at idylic sailing locations.
First one a late arrival in the distance,
Second this should be an easy one.

1. Sunset, Tewkesbury yesterday evening. The late arrival is the postman.
2. British West Hartlepool - who says Global Warming is a bad thing?

What slide scanner?

Just as a matter of interest, what scanner are you using? And software? My attempts to scan slides so far have been pretty disappointing (Reflecta Digitdia 5000 and Canoscan 8600F).

I would have said St Lucia too, but a peek to the left would confirm Petit Piton.... /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

The water in the bay is crystal clear most days....

Dominica?, can't remember the name of the headland but it is the furthest south one.

BTW, you managed a very quiet day in MB, when we were there you could nearly walk across the boats from one side of the bay to the other and in the morning the open water was covered with enough sh!t to make the journey even easier...

I always come across the where is its? that i know the answer to too late! /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif Rats! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Nice pics btw! /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Was in both places three years ago, I very nearly did not come back! If I hadn't already met my now wife, I wouldnt have done, or rather only long enough to make storm boards for the boat and gone back!

Hmm, I'm glad that you liked them. You'll have gathered from my first post that I was less than enamoured with Marigot Bay perhaps I caught it on a bad day, Bequiai was pretty, though, we were there for New Year's Eve when everyone fires off their old parachute flares at midnight very pretty. Ooh, and in case anyone doesn't like that idea I couldn't care less /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

You could set off all your parachute flares at any time in Admiralty bay, Bequi and nobody would give a sh!t!!! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
