Yeoman = Nav 100?

Is the Autohelm Nav 100 product a rebadged Yeoman Plotter?

I missed out on an eBay auction this evening for a Yeoman by £11, it went for £131 in the last 30 seconds. Anyhow someone is now offering me a Nav 100 for my Autohelm equipped (gps, auto pilot and instruments) yacht.

Yes the Autohelm Nav 100 is exactly the same as the Yeoman. Ive got one & it works great connected to my Garmin 48.

A superb piece of kit.

Do you know if the software element of the Nav 100 has been enhanced for autohelm protocols?

I believe the Autohelm was compatible with Seatalk but I had to cut off the Seatalk connectors so that I could connect to my Garmin so I have no personal experience of that functionality.
