I clicked George's link and had a huge surprise...his unique yacht was moored a biscuit-toss from mine, on the Itchen two years ago.
Sorry I can't add anything useful about the rig, although I remember remarking to anyone who would listen, that the substantial platform built out behind the hull seemed to be a response to the extreme sternmost position where the mizzen was mounted...isn't that indicative of unintended weather helm in the original sailplan?
