i would ask yanmar service agents,they must have removed many of these engines, i dont know if the yse 12 pump differs much, just settings and or perhaps timing

Why do you need a pump, is yours missing? You can still get the parts for them, although they are expensive. A fuel injection specialist would be able to fix pump, but won't be able to get a spare.

What he needs is the injector not the pump! Looking on behalf of another!
